Umbilical ROV (Remotely Operated Vehicle) winches are the most popular choice in offshore ratings Safe Area or Zone II.

Our smaller sized winches are usually bespoke made to requirements.

We manufacture winches for umbilical or other spooling purposes, powered by electric, air or hydraulic motors. 

Our winch designs generally have direct drive to the drum comprising of hydraulic motor, gearbox and integral disc brake unit.
Winch in / out and the brake are controlled via a single lever.

The lever provides precise control of the winch and load. Speed control is proportional to the movement of the lever.
Umbilical spooling is achieved by guide rollers mounted on a diamond bar, chain driven from the winch drum.
