Our Sheave Wheels are manufactured for sale either as a part of a launch system or separately.
Designed to suit the dimension and bend radius of the umbilical and weight of the ROV system including additional loads for heavy sea states.
Sheave wheels are manufactured from a strong high and low working temperature nylon type material. This provides a non corrosive product which also helps to protect the umbilical and is light weight for operating.
We can also offer other optional extras such as;
Lock-latch Mechanism can be fitted to the sheave to assist in capturing a vehicle or TMS bullet for safer launch & recovery.
Snubber Rotator which allows the TMS to be stabilised for a smoother, safer transit throught the A Frame; particularly effective in rough sea conditions.
All specifications will be in accordance with "Lloyds Register of Shipping" design requirements.
