Cabin & Workshop Refurbishment
Cabin Refurbishments can include re-certification and upgrades to A60 or Zoned II.
Annual Inspection, certified by Lloyds Register or DNV as required.
Mechanical and electrical refit of all equipment including major survey and upgrade of certification.
Electronics repair department. We can undertake complete systems and EX electrical equipment.
On-site integration and testing of cabin, winch, umbilical, TMS and ROV to a fully operational system.
Winch Refurbishment
Complete overhaul repair & rewiring. Major survey and upgrade of certification status of cabins. Shot blast, prime and paint and load testing.
Intergrated Systems
With our wide range of product expertise we are able to design and manufacture a complete package comprising of a control cabin and or workshop and launch and recovery system which can be tested and integrated to your choice of ROV or survey sensor.
3 ROV control cabins and 3 LARS which include "A" frame, sheave and umbilical winch. These systems were fully tested and integrated with the clients chosen ROV and TMS prior to acceptance and dispatch. The Large outreach "A" frame hydraulically folds down to a lorry sized transportable module.
Thruster & PCB Repair
Unfortunately since Alan Duff Thruster & PCB repair legend has retired, we have not been able to find an Electronics wizz kid to fill his shoes. He truly is irreplaceable!
At present we can not offer a repair service, the best action would be to contact Saab Seaeye for repairs & parts. Apologies from the Tech Safe team.
