Tech Safe Systems Ltd are authorised by
Saab Seaeye Ltd to offer a thruster repair service. Our highly
skilled Electronics Technicians have extensive experience with ROV components, specialising
in Thruster and PCB repair and fault finding.
PCB's
- We have a complete Seaeye ROV
test bed with all PCB's and components,
enabling
repaired PCB's to be fully set and tested before dispatch.
- We hold many components for repair to analogue PCB's.
- Seaeye type catalogue and digital test
jigs on site for fully tested and set up PCB's.

ROV's
- On-site
integration and testing of cabin, winch, umbilical, TMS and ROV to a
fully operational system.
- ROV Services/Repairs/Overhaul
- Overhaul, repair, refit & rewiring can be done on eyeball
ROV systems.
- Tank testing available on site.
- Electronic repair department.

ROV Thrusters
- Repairs
to Seaeye ROV thrusters include a full run in a test tank under normal
load.
- Pressure test tank run can also be carried
out on site.
- Seaeye SM2's - We hold stock of many
parts and components, however we can not guarantee that we can
get hold of all parts as some are no longer manufactured.
- Seaeye SM4's - We can repair and test
these models, time scales are dependant on the severity of the
fault and availability of parts.
