Laboratories Ideal for Remote Locations Tech Safe manufacture bespoke moveable laboratories, designing layouts, equipment storage and external readings areas to the clients specific needs. We have manufactured a wide variety of labs, workshops and transportable storage areas for universities worldwide. To date we have created from small horsebox size trailers (towable with a jeep or Land Rover style vehicle) to 40ft gas bottle storage. We can produce labs suitable for both remote location and campus use. We work closely with the clients to ensure the most suitable and space efficient for a safe and comfortable environment whatever the end use, wherever the location and weather conditions.

		Laboratories and workshops can be a variety of sizes with the most economical to ship being a 20ft shipping container size. 40ft Laboratory with UPS and air conditioning suitable for its remote location in Cape Verde.
		Laboratory for environmental testing. Special demountable equipment side lift to move equipment onto the roof area . Roof access with safety fence around the work sector. Through roof penetrations for roof mounted sensors and equipment.

The interior of a transportable laboratory commissioned for environmental research projects offshore. Designed on the dimensions of an ISO shipping container enabling it to be transported on container lines.

Laboratories can be fitted out with basic cupboards, drawers, work benches and lab sinks. Separate rooms can be built in for kitchen facilities.

Safety Features can include emergency exit windows, lockable window shutters safety electric shutdown button isolating all of the electrics

Cabin extras can include full air conditioning with energy conserving reverse heat pump for cabin heating.

Ventilation, fume and heat extraction.

Special multiple cable & pipe entry system adaptable to most cable & pipe size, fully sealable.

Electrical supplies can be designed to operate from 110, 230 and 415 volts, 50 - 60 hertz.
