Manufacturing purpose built mobile laboratories bespoke to clients requirements. Designs included converting a horsebox style trailer into a small mobile laboratory unit used for environmental research. (See photo right).
The laboratories are transportable and can be developed within standard ISO shipping container dimensions for easier and more cost effective transportation within the UK as well as shipping overseas.
Services can include design layout to create the most space efficient and practical arrangement. Other services include maintenance checks, overhaul and refurbishment and logistical & technical support.
Laboratories are designed to be reasonably self-sufficient once hooked up to water and power.
With optional items such as sinks, fridge, freezer, gas hobs and a water storage tank for results and sample storage or for general sustenance purposes.

Laboratory Cabin
Equipment lifting system designed to maximise roof space for additional environmental testing and sampling. (See photos above).
A specialist side lift was built for deployment of equipment to the roof area. The work area on the roof of the laboratory was then fitted with a safety boundary and the integral ladder in the cabin exterior was supplied with a removable safety cage for extra personnel safety whilst ascending or descending.
