Company History

A brief synopsis of our main team members.
Tech Safe Systems Ltd has been operating from Great Yarmouth supplying to the UK and overseas for over ten years.  The business was set up by Company Directors Peter & Rona Evans in 1996 and it has been growing from strength to strength ever since. 

Those of you who have met Peter will no doubt have noticed the RAF issue moustache!  After 12 years loyal service Peter moved onto underwater vehicles with Vickers Oceanics.  After this he relocated to Fife working for the British Underwater Engineering Group.

A move with H.M.B brought him to Norfolk where he continued until a company sell out which prompted a company of his own.

Peter Evans has a strong background in the oil & submersible business evolving from manned submersibles through to remote operated vehicles.
Rona Evans is the Finance Director at Tech Safe Systems
Dave Blood is our Project Manager and joined us from Seaeye Marine.  His knowledge in ROV systems and electronics helps the efficient integration of Seaeye ROV's with our launch systems.  He is also our resident Thespian, you can see him on stage at the Maddermarket Theatre in Norwich.
Dave Unsworth has come onboard as Materials Operator.  He has the task of organising Tech Safe's new purchasing system and creating a smooth running stores department with Robert Nicholson.
Claire Evans joined the company as the Marketing Manager having previously worked within the fashion industry.
The company has a highly skilled team of engineers, electricians, coded welders and technicians who all boast many knowledgeable years within the oil and related industry.

Alan Duff has sadly retired, but is helping out training new Electronics wizz kids!
